Kung Fu Restaurant was started in 1973, first located on 3rd street and Fremont in downtown Las Vegas, NV.  a second and subsequently the third restaurant was then opened inside the Union Plaza Hotel in 1983, becoming one of the first independent restaurant operators inside a major casino and hotel, subsequently starting a trend that grew into what Las Vegas is accustomed to today, Resorts with celebrity chef-inspired restaurants.  Today comfortably nestled in our current location, we strive to cook every dish with the highest quality ingredients while maintaining a consistent flavor across all of our offerings, of Authentic Thai Cuisine and Chinese cuisine, that our guests, locally, as well as worldwide, have been accustomed to for over 35 years.
