SATAY originated as a Malaysian restaurant, rich with the eclectic flavors of Southeast Asia, in particular, Thai, Indonesian, indigenous Malay combined with Chinese and Indian; and was voted the "Best Asian Restaurant" in 2008 by the readers of the Las Vegas Weekly, "The Best of Las Vegas" by readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal multiple times. Specializes in Malaysian and Thai cuisine and has received recognition and numerous great reviews by food critics, Yelpers, and everyday guests.
Satays and other Malaysian specialties on their menu include Beef Rendang, Curry Laksa, Char Kway Teow, and our Mama's Chicken Curry. They are also known for their Chicken Larb, Papaya Salad, Pad Thai, various Thai curries, and much more.
SATAY also offers a full bar with specialty drinks and Singha beer, and the best mango sticky rice for dessert.

We ordered Yelp takeout and it was ready very quickly At pick up we noticed the sign they are closing in exactly a week The food had decent portions and tasted good The orange chicken was too dry for me and was lacking sauce But the pad Thai and Tom kha was excellent on Mon Dec 12 2022

Although it is not near the Vegas Strip, this restaurant is well worth the trip. This place is a great choice for Thai food and drink with a chill atmosphere. The walk to the restaurant is worth it for excellent food and service. The bar was open for business, so I walked into the place without a reservation and enjoyed a great Gin & Tonic and Curry Samosa appetizer.
