Awesome program I did the pregnancy workout classes and loved them and wish I would have found Fit4Mom earlier in my pregnancy Most of the classes I ran into were yoga yoga yoga yoga and I hate yoga lol Fit4Mom were actual workouts and it was cool being able to do it with other moms They also do events so it is a nice community to be a part of ... see moreon Mon Mar 25 2019
