F4M is a wonderful franchise. I've been a member of F4M for four years in Florida, and then moved to Las Vegas. I can't praise F4M enough. I am a member of F4M for over 4 years and have never looked back. I also joined F4M during my pregnancy and postpartum. I felt great afterwards.
