The dining experience takes you from Las Vegas straight to Japan from the moment you step in.
Enjoy authentic ramen along with a signature fried rice bowl to kick. The Tonkotsu in the ramen is thick and cooked perfectly, the broth is tasteful, and the noodles are made perfectly.
All the side dishes put the meal together. Their Cheese corn is screamy, and the tempura is served with their well-known sauce.
The karaage was freshly fried, piping hot, and super crispy. It comes with a kewpie mayo/soy sauce mixture and what tasted like a curry salt to dip it in.
Noodle soups, poke bowls & other Japanese fare served in airy digs outfitted with modern fixtures.

I don t know how this restaurant got 4/5 star ratings. The broth is not very chewy and everyone was thirsty after eating. Service was poor as 2 mains arrived first, and then the third came just before the second. We were still waiting for the next two.
