Jaburritos was established in October 2015. It was the first sushi burrito restaurant in Las Vegas. After months, Ken Aoki's owner decided to buy out the entire company and started a new location at Rainbow and Patrick. Jaburritos at Rainbow and Patrick opened its doors in April of 2016.

It is a full-service Jaburritos that caters to a loyal neighborhood clientele.   In October of 2016, Jaburritos decided to expand the Jaburritos brand nationwide. Our first Flagship store is this one, at the Linq Promenade Las Vegas, which opened in January of 2017, with additional locations to open in the future.

Locals appreciate Japanese and Mexican dishes at this restaurant. They serve tasty avocado sushi, burrito bowl, and soft-shell crabs and try good ice cream and perfectly cooked cupcakes. A lot of visitors order delicious americano, tea, or lemonade.

Food delivery is a big advantage of this place. In addition, the professional staff works hard, stays positive, and makes this place great.

You can create your own sushi burritos at Jaburrito, a casual Asian fusion restaurant. Our goal is to use sustainable packaging and food, to recycle as much equipment and furniture as possible and to donate a portion to environmental cleanup efforts around the globe. KEN AOKI Ken Aoki is a New Yorker who grew up working in restaurants, specifically in EN Sushi Restaurant in Manhattan, where his parents ran it. In 1990, he moved to Las Vegas and held a number of positions in front of the house, from chef to busser, before launching Jaburritos in October 2015. Aoki expanded Jaburritos' brand nationally in October 2016.
