The Secret Kitchen is all about Nittaya's passion for cooking, using her secret family recipes from her homeland of Thailand. Nittaya offers an extraordinary presentation of Asian cuisine, served tapas's style using fresh seasonal produce and carefully selected regional products like garlic basil lamb chops, crying tiger steak, spicy green bean pork, and southern Thai Cornish hen, while the spicy Seafood Madness combines mussels, scallops, shrimp, clams, and chili oil.
Spicy basil tofu, eggplant with fresh basil, and more vegetarian dishes make the menu, along with tapas such as curry puffs, fried tofu, charred shishito peppers, and golden pouches stuffed with potatoes, egg pastry, and curry sauce and a must order Papaya salad with shrimp.
Expanding her menu, they are now serving stuffed chicken wings, coconut soup, and curries along with Thai Tapas.
Nittaya's Secret Kitchen is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 9:30 p.m. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Takeout available.
