Our BRAND This new logo is inspired by the Roman Aureus coins, which were the ones that linked an empire. It captures the legacy of Caesars Entertainment and its bright future. Our Brand Story Caesars Entertainment, Inc. merged with Eldorado Resorts, Inc. in 2020 to form Caesars Entertainment. As we begin this new chapter, each company has a rich and storied past that will position us as the leader of the gaming industry worldwide.

This is an inspiring story about vision, heart, and above all, family values. Caesars Entertainment's corporate heritage began when Bill Harrah, an entrepreneur from Reno, Nevada, opened Harrah's Bingo Club in 1937. From a small property, the company has grown to include more than 50 casinos around the world. Flamingo Hotel Casino was established in 1947 as the Las Vegas Strip's first casino.

Harrah's became the first company to list on the New York Stock Exchange. Jay Sarno, Donald Carano, and Benny Binion were also leaders in the gambling industry. Benny Binion, who opened the Horseshoe Casino in 1951, was renowned for his pioneering work with Las Vegas casinos. He introduced new ideas such as limousine transportation for players, high-limit betting, and rewards that were open to all, not only high rollers.

Jack Binion was elected president of Horseshoe Casino Las Vegas in 1963. He hosted the World Series of Poker seven years later. It would grow to be the biggest poker tournament worldwide. With the 1973 opening of Eldorado Hotel and Casino Reno, Donald Carano set the stage for his legacy.

Although Naysayers warned against his venture, he continued to pursue it, changing the face of Nevada gaming and the world. He is remembered for his core values that continue to guide the company today: integrity, quality, and Family Style Service. These four gaming fathers have left behind a rich legacy that has helped Caesars Entertainment become a leader in the industry. We had four people and we all tried the tasting menu. The food was excellent and our server exceptional. They give you two recipe booklets at the end. The cookie recipe is flawed. First, the recipe makes 44 pieces at just 2 tablespoons. This makes 22. I have made the cookies three times and it always turns out 22. One tablespoon would yield 44 cook... see more

Giadas is a great place to eat and enjoy the service. It was unforgettable to eat the oysters crudo. A must-have for anyone who is making their first trip to the restaurant, the tasting menu. The tasting menu is shared and we often order an extra entree and appetizer, such as the oysters crudo. Each time I visit, I decide that I will order an entre... see more
