This bronze statue, which is Flemish for "little man pee", was created by Derek Stevens, the D's owner. It honors his Belgian heritage, great sense of humor, and very funny. Manneken Pis, the plaque that is located in front of this pee stream, has been described by D Las Vegas as being hardworking, but fun-loving and affable.
