BRIO offers lunch, dinner, and a kid's menu daily along with a brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays. The food at BRIO is simply prepared using the finest and freshest ingredients, with an emphasis on high-quality steaks, house-made pasta specialties, and flatbread prepared in an authentic Italian oven.

We serve our generous portions of meats, pasta, and roasted fish on the large oval, hand-painted Italian plates. BRIO also caters to large groups. Our Tuscan Feast Menu, with large pans of pasta, house specialties, and bread is great for all your home and office celebrations or meetings.

History

Established in 1999.

Brio, which means "lively" or "full of life", was established in 1999 under the ownership of Chris and Rick Doody of Columbus, Ohio, as an extension to their already popular Bravo Italian Cucina. Brio was inspired by northern Italian food with lighter sauces, fresh fish, and grilled steaks and chops.  BRIO brings the pleasure of the Tuscan country villa to the American city with interior details such as antique, hardwood Cypress flooring, arched colonnades, hand-crafted Italian mosaics, Arabescato marble-imported from Italy, and sizable wrought-iron chandeliers. At BRIO our motto is fashioned after the Tuscan philosophy- "To Eat Well is to Live Well".
