About Esther's Kitchen

Esther's Kitchen is a modern Italian restaurant serving flavor-filled, crafted, delicious dishes. They described their food as "seasonal Italian soul food," delivering a menu full of house-made pastas, bread, unrivaled meat and cheese board, pizzas, and hearty entrees served in a warm setting with an open kitchen.

Warm and open-air kitchens offer classic plates that are inspired by seasonal dishes. Press to play hero gallery. Esther, my great-grandmother, was tough and smart. She also gave excellent advice. Trees says that she was an enormous support for my mother as a child.

Her support was constant. Esther was the one who wrote the check to send Chef Trees to the CIA. Someone had to take him from Alfio s restaurant. When she died in 2016, she left James with a nest egg and the funds he needed for his restaurant.

Because everyone has someone like Aunt Esther, the restaurant was named after her. We don't care who that person may have been, we just want to make you feel welcome when you enter the restaurant. You should feel loved and cared for. James Trees James Trees, a traditional chef.

The art of cooking must be prior to the art. Knowledge in the kitchen is his belief. Since he was 14 years old, this belief has been the basis of his cooking and work. James is a Las Vegas native.

He was raised there and began his culinary journey at Las Vegas High School. After two years of Basic Training, he earned an internship at Mirage. He was humble and diligent, and earned respect from chefs who took him in to learn proper techniques.

It was very sour. I love sourdough bread, but it is not something that I have ever had in restaurants. My homemade starter yeast makes many breads and other... see more

The meal was amazing, with many courses that included some of our favorite food, including delicious appetizers and pastas as well as meats, fish, seafood, and beverages. Mitchell, our server, was a great help in bringing the meal alive with his excellent timing and explanations.

Beware If you eat here, anything you eat afterward will not taste good. I got food depressed after eating here. Nothing tasted as good as my dinner did at Esther s. The only cure is to intermittently fast, so your everyday food tastes palatable again.
