Buddy Valastro brought his first restaurant to Las Vegas at The Venetian of TLC's Cake Boss. Buddy V's Ristorante, a partnership with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla, is inspired by Valastro's family gatherings. 

They offer new twists on Italian-American classics and family favorites such as Valastro Sunday Gravy, Steak Pizzaiola, and Lisa's Capellini Shrimp Scampi.

Their menu also stays true to Buddy's baking roots with timeless treats such as Bomboloni, Cannoli, and Buddy's world-famous Lobster Tail Pastry.

Buddy V's offers fans and families alike an approachable and memorable meal in a comfortable atmosphere.
