Brush up on your parallel parking skills? The alley's California Avenue location offers nearby street parking. So from gutter balls to strikes, have fun competing with Boulder City bowlers of all skill levels at Boulder Bowl. 8-lane bowling center originally opened in 1947, featuring new AMF SPL synthetic lanes. Party Packages available for your special occasion or just for a fun night out. Full pro shop, by appointment, for all your bowling needs. Snack bar and service bar to keep you going.

It is the most adorable little bowling alley that I have ever seen. They have only 6 lanes so it may not always be possible to accommodate walk-ins. I found out this from other reviewers. As an outsider, I came across the front desk and was very helpful. I also enjoyed the bar and the friendly lady behind the counter.

Boulder City is a wonderful place to live and I am proud to say that I have had bad experiences with Boulder Bowl twice. The first time I was here, we requested to add another game at closing. They said no. We returned to Boulder Bowl at 9:00pm. We were there at 6:40 and she came to greet us. She then told us that it was an exclusive party.

It used to be an undiscovered gem. But, now it is a party venue. My granddaughter used to enjoy going here with me. Now the doors have been locked. I miss the place.

It was so much fun! We reserved two lanes ahead of time and when we arrived, they had already been set up. There is also food and drinks available. They even have bowling pins to sell.
