They ask all guests to arrive no less than 15 minutes before the assigned flight time to ensure a proper safety briefing; otherwise, a $50 late fee will issue as the entire nights' schedule will be delayed due to late arrival.

Due to restrictions placed by Nevada's Governor to stop the spread of COVID 19, we recommend that private flights be taken for social distancing. It costs an extra 35 dollars. All passengers must wear a mask while on the flight. The pilot will not be sitting up front.

A mask is not allowed on the pilot as it makes communications with ATC difficult. Do not fly if you are experiencing any issues. Any public area where there are people is at risk for COVID 19. COVID 19 can be fatal and extremely contagious.

You agree to take all risks associated with COVID 19. By visiting 702 Helicopter Inc., you agree to check in and receive a safety briefing. Do not arrive late if you do, you may forfeit your flight time. Late arrivals can seriously impact flight operations for the rest of the night.

While we will help you get in the air, a late fee will apply. If the helicopter is shut down because of your absence, the fee will be 50. This fee must be paid before your tour. Be on-time, this applies to traffic and other factors.

At arrival, passengers will be weighed. One passenger cannot fly if the total weight of the three people is more than 600 pounds. This would be in violation to safety regulations. There will not be a refund.

The full cost of the ticket will apply if the passenger wants to travel on another tour. Maximum weight for each passenger is 285 pounds. You will be refused entry if the belt does not fit properly. Groupon bookings for three or more passengers can pick up tickets to Magic shows upon request.

You must have your proof of purchase. We do not remind passengers to pick up their tickets as not everyone has pre-paid for them. We are not responsible for sending, mailing, or driving your tickets if you forgot to ask. We offer discounted tickets for customers who have purchased their tour from another company and want to attend The Nathan Burton Magic.

The general admission costs 49.99 USD per person. You can purchase tickets here as a passenger for 20. The tour is open to children 3 and older. No lap riders.

Each person must sit in their own chair. The Helicopter can carry three people. A third person can join a party of two. We offer an upgrade of 35 to make your tour private.

You can purchase this upon booking or book it afterwards by calling 1-877-203-86823. Upgrades guarantee that you'll have your own private flight. We will fill your third seat if your ticket is only for 2 people. After making your reservation for two people, you can bring a third party along.
