The effervescence of Bottiglia carries over from the bright and lively surroundings, which is littered with floral prints and decorative touches, to the menu, which is bountiful with antipastas, salads, fresh fish and the house speciality: papperdella bolognese, a mouthwatering marriage of braised short ribs, truffle ricotta and piquillo pepper gravy.

As the kitchen churns out Tuscan-style food, an adjacent patio serves as the catalyst of Bottiglia, as it features a smoothing fire pit upon entry, helping to create a serene spirit and airy atmosphere that overlooks the calm Las Vegas desert.

It is a friendly, approachable and delicious place that serves up a variety of wines from Napa Sonoma and France as well as the most popular wine lists. Bottiglia's vibrant and cheerful surroundings are reflected in the restaurant's menu. It features a variety of antipastas and fresh fish, as well as a wide selection of salads and antipastas.

The house specialty papperdella Bolognese is a delicious combination of short ribs braised with truffle ricotta, piquillo pepper gravy, and truffle ricotta. The adjacent patio is the heart of Bottiglia. It features a smoothing fireplace upon entry. This creates a calm atmosphere and provides a view over the tranquil Las Vegas desert.

Alessandro Cupuano, Executive Chef at Bottiglia Cucina Enoteca, has been leading the Bottiglia culinary team since August 2022. Chef Alessandro's inspiration for his cuisine comes from his Italian heritage as well as his time spent cooking with his grandmother and mother when he was a kid. He has dedicated his life to learning the art and making mistakes. He is now the Executive Chef of Bottiglia Cucina Enoteca because of his passion for Italian cuisine and his desire to use fresh ingredients to create delicious flavors.

After starting his career in New York as a restaurant manager for Tarallucci e Vino, Chef Alessandro soon rose to the position of Executive Chef at Ponti Rossi. He moved to Las Vegas and became the Executive Chef of Marc s Trattoria. Before he joined Bottiglia's kitchen. He was attracted to the unique location and the delicious dishes like the King Crab Buctini.

His goal is for Bottiglia to be the best place in Italy. Both in the kitchen and outside, Chef Alessandro is passionate about cooking. He takes great pride in constantly learning new cooking techniques to improve his skills. His hobbies include reading, travel, sports and watching movies.
