An Outpost of a traditional beef and seafood restaurant chain that offers tableside carving in a formal setting. After you have registered your card, the $25 one-time enrollment fee is returned in the form a Welcome Award. HOW DO I REGISTER MY CARD? Registration allows us to connect you with your card. We also provide the necessary information to notify you about your account status and awards expirations. Tier changes and VIP specials are available throughout the year.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY VIP NUMBER TO REGISTER MY CREDIT CARD? Your VIP number begins with 6000 on the back of your card. Member Services can help you register your card or look into your account. How do I earn VIP points? For each 1 spent on gift cards, food and beverage, you will receive 1 VIP point. You will automatically get 25 Rewards for every 250 points.

This reward can be used at any future restaurant visit. You will receive an email with double and bonus points promotion for your birthday and anniversary. This will allow you to earn more rewards and help you build points towards higher tiers. VIP Platinum status will be granted to those who earn 2,500 points or more.

What is the QUALIFYING POTENTIAL FOR MOVING UP / DOWN? It's a calendar year that begins January 1, 2012, and ends December 31, 31. Your status will be determined by the total number of points earned during this period. You will immediately start receiving the benefits of the higher tier if you reach the qualifying period. These benefits will be continued through the next calendar year.

You will continue to be a VIP Prime, VIP Platinum or VIP Prime until December 31, 2015. You will keep your status as a VIP Prime, VIP Platinum, or VIP Platinum if you do not earn the required points in the 2015 calendar year. Your tier status will then be changed to reflect the points you have earned. The new tier will begin on the January 1, 2016 calendar year.

SHALL I BRING MY CARD TO RECEIVE POINTS? If your card is lost or stolen, your name and VIP account number can be used to locate you. How do I check my points balance and see what rewards gifts are available to me VIPs can access the site at LawrysVIP.com or call Member Services. You can also download the mobile app for free at iTunes, Google Play, or LawrysVIP.com. What are the best times to use my VIP Rewards rewards? All gifts can be used for special events, except where otherwise stated on invitations.

How will I know when I have a new reward or when the existing offers on my account are about to expire? We'll send you an email notification each time an award has been added. You will also receive reminder emails when your awards expire. After a reward expires, your account will be deleted and it cannot be added back. Yes, both for gift card purchases and private events.

Points can be earned for purchases of gift cards, as well as points when dining out at private or regular events. Can I redeem the reward in any amount? WHAT TYPES OF REWARDS CERTIFICATES DO I HAVE RIGHTS TO RECEIVE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS? You can receive up to 500 Rewards. I HAD A REWARD IN MY ACCOUNT, BUT IT DID NOT APPEAR. What happened? Your reward gift will be removed from your account once it expires.

It cannot be added again. You can call Member Services if you don't see the reward you want or it has expired. I AM A VIP PREMIUM PLATINUM, AND I WANT MY 25 REWARDS CONVERTED TO 25 REWARDCARDS. How do I go about it? And how quickly can I get them? Member Services is happy to accommodate your request.

Call them and tell them how many cards you would like to exchange and the address you wish them to go. The cards will be sent by first-class mail the next business day after they are received. We cannot convert reward cards to cards for Prime tier tiers or above. DO WE ARE ABLE TO SPLIT CHECKS ABOUT VIPS AT A TABLE? YES, even if we are in different TIERS.

We will split the check evenly between up to 2 VIPs at each table. Each VIP will earn points according their level. WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD IS PERFECT? QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS? What can VIPs do to earn points for dining without cards? Member Services can provide a replacement card if you need one. WHAT HAPPENED TO EARLY DINING DOUBLE POINTS? Unfortunately, early dining is not allowed under the VIP system. While we are investigating ways to resolve the problem, the new VIP system does not allow for early dining programs. However, many bonus point promotions will be offered throughout the year.

WHY DID YOU STOP MONDAY DOUBLEPOINTS MONDAY POINTS Monday double point was not a very successful program so it was discontinued. However, we do have plans to continue offering other points programs all year.
