After years of opening restaurants for corporations, Todd established his own culinary venture in 2004 and has been attracting foodies and locals ever since.
They specialize in seafood from around the world that is flown in daily to Henderson, NV and their most popular dishes are Ahi Tuna and Alaskan Halibut, Short Rib, and Skirt Steak on Fire.
Todd's host's wine dinners every month and for most holidays as well.
The bar is open Monday - Friday from 4:30-6:00 pm and again from 8:30 pm-close.

I have driven past this restaurant for many years. Finally decided to try it. The service was excellent, but the food was outstanding. My halibut was perfectly cooked as was my filet.

Only one vegetarian option was available. I was charged an extra for additional vegetables. The entire experience was disappointing.
