The group is made up of employees from restaurants who want to give back and raise money for their local communities. These employees share a sense of joy, laughter, and compassion. They want to show compassion for their community and make an impact in the world by being part of the Shrimpossibles Team. One of the Shrimpossibles' efforts has been to volunteer time and help combat hunger and illiteracy and to support Special Olympics through charitable walks such as Run Forrest Run 5ks, Tip-A-Cop, and other events like Read Across America.
