The Capital Grille

Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, they aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. The Capital Grille is best known for its expertly prepared steaks, dry-aged in-house for 18 to 24 days, and hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher to their award-winning wines. 

The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. 

The venue is available for private and semi-private events. Please contact the venue for more information on rental space, catering, and availability.

Hours of operation from Monday to Thursday 11:30 am- 10:00 pm, Friday to Saturday 11:30 am - 10:30 pm, and Sunday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

We are proud to show you some of the most notable features, including historic architecture and exceptional finishing touches. Washington DC This majestic building is worthy of being our national capital. It offers a breathtaking view from Pennsylvania Avenue down to the Capitol Building.

This unique spot offers a stunning view of Las Vegas Strip with modern angles and floor to ceiling glass. NYC Chrysler The Trylon Towers were designed by Philip Johnson (a renowned contemporary architect) and are an impressive addition to The Chrysler Building. They also house The Capital Grille. This seven-story, steel and glass pyramid offers one of the best dining experiences in Manhattan.

Scottsdale Frank Lloyd Wright was the architect of the building's design. Guests dining outside on the patio have a great view of the Wright-designed spire, which is dedicated to Wright. NYC Wall Street The historic Equitable Building is home to the Calloway Room, a highly sought-after space that can be used for private meetings or special events. It was once the site of a large bank vault.

The Capital Grille's original home was Providence Union Station in 1990. It hosted nearly 300 trains per day 100 years ago. Costa Mesa is located in South Coast Plaza. This grand entrance draws both shoppers and patrons to the arts.
