About Pioneer Saloon

The Saloon has been featured in countless movies and television shows. In addition, original newspaper clippings tell story after story of the incredible history of this Saloon from yesterday.

Inside the charming bar, you'll find original poker tables, a vintage potbelly stove, and a stylish fishnet-stocking leg lamp. And, of course, you'll meet locals and visitors alike conversing at the ornate 1860s cherry wood bar.

They show many details of the 1942 crash of a DC-3 that killed actress Carole Lombard on nearby Mount Potosi in a melancholy mood. Her equally-if-not-more famous husband, Clark Gable, drowned out the wait for word on her unlucky fate at the bar.

The location unveils about the old west. It is a trip you won't soon forget. From BBQ grilling and a good old fashioned game of horseshoes to some gift shopping in the old General Store, there is something for everyone in the family. Check out the Fun and Gaming section to learn more about the many things you can do at the Pioneer Saloon and its home Goodsprings, Nevada.

They are also serving up sodas, suds, and shots since 1913. It's the longtime heart of the tight-knit community.

The Pioneer Saloon is a playfully rowdy and happy place. Travelers often fall for its particular aura.

Within our cozy atmosphere lies a rich history and heritage of the old mining towns, Hollywood of yesteryear and the Wild West!

This historic saloon has been transformed into a Hollywood bar offering cocktails and American-style bites.

One 12oz Heineken non-alcoholic Heineken was purchased and one tiny hotdog. I was also subject to alcohol sales tax. I was left hungry, and will not be returning.

This is the oldest bar in Vegas. Many photos and history. Very friendly and humorous server. The appetizers were delicious and there was a wide variety of flavours. It's a small bar that allows guests to mingle and exchange stories. Fun atmosphere. A good selection of cocktails and beers. There is a hot sauce made from fresh ingredients that they b... see more

It was a great experience. A BLT with homemade potato salad was what I ordered. This saloon has a lot of history. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, this saloon is worth the drive.

I was disappointed in the food. My handyman was competent, but my wife's gouda hamburger came out of the oven with very little cheese. The wood-fired heater was also cool. However, the overall experience was not good.

Worst customer service. Ordered food at 2PM, it was 4PM and still no 2 cheeseburgers. It was worse 30 years ago.
