James Beard Award-winning chef Shawn McClain challenges diners to free their minds from preconceived notions about Las Vegas restaurants and get ready to eat, drink and liberate at Mandalay Bay’s latest hotspot, Libertine Social.

This next-generation gastropub features a range of atmospheres from an uber-social center bar to a more secluded classic cocktail room that encourages guests to eat, drink, and embrace the Libertine spirit.

The renowned chef will stimulate the senses with New American bar food, a pioneering cocktail program by Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim, and a range of compelling atmospheres to fit diners’ motivations.

The experience was great, and there were delicious food and drinks. They were also very tasty. They were a bit pricey, however. It was great before the game.

Out with my coworkers and managers for a nice last dinner. From the start the male waiter was very rude, seemed like every staff member who came to our table just wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible. Very disappointed in this restaurant and was hoping to get a great experience for the price of food that they have. Never coming back

Although the food was good, it wasn t the best that I have had in Vegas. My wife ordered the ribeye while I got the special. It was served with shrimp or chicken. The only thing they forgot to mention was the cost for the protein. Dutchy was an attentive server who made sure everything was right.

Service was good food was ok but there was a chicken bone in my bread pudding I told the server nicely she told the manager and we did not even recieve a we are sorry and was still charge for the bread pudding

The ambiance of the restaurant is average and we were placed next to another couple which was awkward. The waiter was not very timely with our service and seemed to be just moving from table to table with very little personality. The food was average....We had the bacon wrapped dates, ribs and bread.
