Before El Dorado Cantina, Vegas lacked quality Mexican food.  We bring you more than that.  El Dorado Cantina brings its guests an authentic Mexican experience of the highest standards.  In an upscale environment, all of our patrons are invited to enjoy our traditional dishes crafted from carefully selected ingredients.  You will find numerous options on our menu, which are GMO-free and organic.  Looking for some gluten-free or vegan options?  We’ve got you covered there as well.  Our extensive menu offers something for everyone.  No longer do the locals or tourists here in Vegas have to search for a true Mexican experience.  El Dorado Cantina brings that and so much more to the table for you every day.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal's annual Best of Las Vegas poll has named it the Best Mexican Restaurant. It was also named the 28th Top Restaurant in America by Yelp.

El Dorado Cantina is committed to using sustainable products. It carefully chooses products from family-owned farms and other vendors throughout the United States. El Dorado Cantina is committed to using GMO-free and organic products. However, it cannot be guaranteed that these organic or GMO free products will always be readily available in all locations.

El Dorado searches for the best farmer or vendor when there is a shortage of GMO-free and organic products.
