A HISTORY OF HOFBR UHAUS LA VEGAS Hofbr Urhaus Las Vegas, a German Bavarian Beer Hall and Restaurant in Las Vegas, is a unique experience. It is more than just a restaurant. Hofbr Uhaus Las Vegas is not your average restaurant. It's a lively party every day with boisterous singing, dancing on the benches and the premium Hofbr Ur beer. Bavarian hospitality is evident everywhere, from the hand-painted ceilings and imported beer to the delicious food.

Guests can savor schnitzel, sausages, sauerbraten, pretzels and so much more. BIER The Hofbr U beer is made using original recipes that were handed down by Wilhelm V, Duke of Bavaria over 400 years ago. The beer comes directly from Munich because there is no replacement for the high quality water and the premium ingredients that make Hofbr U beer taste so it cannot be substituted. The brewery is completely state-owned and was initially only available for the King and his servants until the beer became accessible to the public in the 1800s.

Hofbr uhaus Las Vegas offers three brews on tap: Hofbr u Original Lager (Hofbr u Dunkel), Hofbr u Hefeweizen (Hofbr u Dunkel). The following beers are available at Hofbr Uhaus Las Vegas: Hofbr.u Oktoberfest; Premium Unfiltered Lager; Maibock and a Summer Brew. They are kept at the right temperature in the beer cellar. This can hold enough beer to make 10,000 34-ounce glasses.

It also houses chilled liquor and wine for signature shots. The FOOD Hofbr Uhaus Las Vegas is home to some of the most authentic Bavarian cuisine. It is not acceptable to imitate or use shortcuts. 80 percent of the food at Hofbr uhaus Las Vegas are made from real ingredients. As with the beer, anything that isn't available in its original state must be imported.

Sauerkraut is imported from Germany to produce a creamy, smooth pickled cabbage. It isn't as strong or sour than Americans expect. The pretzels taste so good that Hofbr Uhaus Las Vegas brought them from Germany. They are then baked fresh at each table, perfectly golden on the outside and soft and fluffy inside.

They are transported from Germany in strict conditions. Each container holds 30,000 pretzels. Individual generators keep them frozen. The temperature of the pretzels is monitored throughout their eight-week stay onboard a ship.

There are no temperatures above ten degrees. A new box of pretzels is delivered every three to four weeks. They are ready for pairing with creamy, rich obatzder and American favorites, sweetened and coarse-grained German mustards, and a piquant onion variety. HOSTBR uhaus Las Vegas' beer hall, which is a 1-1 copy of Hofbr Uhaus M nchen has 400 seats.

Both the benches and tables have European design and can withstand repeated visits. It is a exact replica of the original beer hall ceiling. Each image is unique and not repeated. A local artist created the design over four weeks using scissor lifts and images from an overhead projector.

The BIERGARTEN Durst is more severe than Heimweh Thirst. This reminder is given to every guest who passes from the beer hall into Hofbr uhaus Las Vegas' anterior biergarten, which can seat approximately 430. In this space, diners have the opportunity to enjoy quieter conversations in an environment that is almost identical to their Munich counterpart. Due to the Las Vegas Mojave Desert heat, the ceiling looks more like it is floating in blue sky than in Germany.

As in Germany, the biergarten has a circular sparkling fountain as well six chestnut trees. Amazing attention was paid to the details of the chestnut trees with their live trunks. The American chestnut leaves are different from the German varieties. Hofbr uhaus Las Vegas took great care to duplicate the German leaves.

It took 3 months to locate the right molds and then another 3 months to make the leaves. The leaves were shipped to Las Vegas by Hofbr uhaus Las Vegas. A total of ten craftsmen worked for 14 days to mount the branches and trunks, and hand-place thousands of leaves each on each tree. DANISH GERMAN ENGINEERING Germans have a reputation for innovation, quality and efficiency.

Hofbr uhaus Las Vegas is no exception. The 250,000-square-foot beverage system is the first in America and the only one of its type. It can be used to provide beer, wine, alcohol, soft drinks, and coffee. The system instantly calculates the servings and makes sure that there is no product loss or measurement error.

This reduces both staff time and costs. It fills glasses and mugs with equal care. They are separated from the dining ware to avoid any residue. Similar attention is given to the dining ware.

The special conveyor belt that travels through the dishwasher is much more costly than standard but requires less effort and labor. The kitchen is faster and more efficient because fresh food that was intended for guests at the start travels on a conveyor. This allows the kitchen to be quicker and helps the customers get their food sooner. The SPANKINGS Hofbr Uhaus Las Vegas is unique because it delivers classic German shots on a paddle.

This paddle can deliver a devastating blow as well. The unique phenomenon was started by a guest who requested a paddle after a drink. It became very popular. Many people started asking for this same service after seeing it performed at the bar.

Hofbr uhaus Las Vegas was happy to oblige. A shot is ordered by a guest and served on a wooden shotpad that can hold six shots. The shot is then finished by the waiter with a good smack. The shot paddle might be able to give you a little more sting if the shot isn't enough.
