The kitchen is helmed by executive chef Sean Rainaldi, who uses responsibly sourced ingredients prepared from scratch. A power-packed protein including all-natural chicken, sustainable salmon, grass-fed steak, and organic non-GMO tofu can be added to any salad, plate, or bowl.
Menu highlights include Vietnamese crunch, organic kale salads, avocado hummus, gluten-free chocolate pudding, brownies, and chip cookies. The 5,590-square-foot restaurant offers lunch, dinner, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
