Their 3 Chefs, Sonia, Tahereh, and Afshin, are continuously incorporating recipes from the Middle East and the Mediterranean into our menu. In addition, they are the only Mediterranean restaurant that offers Fish Shawarma and a wide variety of Appetizers and Salads.

They use old, authentic Persian & Mediterranean recipes in a modern facility with state of the art equipment. Everything is freshly made in-house, including their breads. They grind and prepare their meats daily and season every dish to perfection.  

They also experiment with different ingredients to create unique dishes like our Lamb, Smoked Salmon or roasted Eggplant Pizzas. We have both ground and filet Beef, Chicken and Lamb Kabobs, as well as Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Fish Shawarma.
