About Bouchon Bakery

In 2006, Chef Keller opened the first of three Bouchon Bakery locations at The Venetian in Las Vegas.

Pastry chef Scott Wheatfill creates an array of sweet delights including classic Viennoiseries, such as croissants and pain au chocolat, breakfast items like muffins and coffee cakes as well as an ever-changing selection of tarts, cookies and other treats. The bakery also offers a full range of espresso drinks and coffee custom-blended by Chef Keller’s longtime partner Equator Coffee Roasters. For guests interested in enjoying a full meal, Bouchon Bakery offers savory items like sandwiches, soup, salads and quiche.

It is difficult to locate the restaurant, so it may be confused with Bistro. Denish cream cheese is delicious. A good size macaron. (

Expresso did the job. There is no place to sit. Expect nothing fresco. Particularly, croissants were less expensive than the previous day, but they tasted a lot better.

The chocolate croissant did not taste fresh or delicious, maybe it was the time of day (4:50 pm). It was not warm or crispy.

We love this bakery. Every year when we stay at the Venetian this place is the breakfast place we take from to our room. they have a smaller menus now though. Their Grilled cheese sandwich, almond crissant, and basically everything else is yummy. Pastries are flaky, not doughy.

) It is a world famous delicious bakery. Croissants are especially good. The layers of dough, the buttery flavor and the large size made it absolutely delicious. I took a walk from Mandalay Bay and bought some croissants and some other breads for breakfast the next day. I am grateful that the store clerk responded to my poor English with a smile. ... see more
