Amazingly compassionate staff

Here is where my cat crossed Rainbow Bridge. This place is highly recommended. The staff made the most difficult day in my life comfortable and beautiful. Everything was perfect, from the environment to explanations and staff to speedy, thankfulness.

Yes, I'd love to join that crew again. I had a great time.

Although I do not enjoy waiting in the car, the service I receive is excellent.

Sophia, a two-year old French Bulldog was taken in as a walk-in patient by front desk staff. I called Saturday to book an appointment. She arrived promptly at the office at 8:00 am and asked Dr Stinson many questions. I'm grateful she spent so much time with me to address my concerns.

Incompetent staff incorrectly classified my dog's breed. Hire competent staff to care about your business. The Pittbull lab mix is completely different from the two other competing canine breeds for apartment complexes.

Poor care by the resection girls. Terrible smell. I have been waiting too long to see the doctor. It is 1:15 pm. I still don't see my dog. The doctor hasn t given me an explanation.

To get a medical certification, it took more than an hour. Communication was poor between front desk staff and the office managers
