I flew in my hot air balloon for the first time and the experience was incredible. The crew was friendly and the views were breathtaking. Champagne was served at the end.

The pilot was great fun and the entire experience was memorable.

My boyfriend surprised me on our Vegas trip and flew with the Vegas balloon. It was a truly unique experience and I was able to surprise him.

Poor customer service in cancellations. We had our first cancelation cancelled due to the weather being in desert. We saw that the balloon would not inflate, so we believed it. The company was excellent, from the driver to the crew that put up the balloon and the pilot. It was a wonderful experience.

When they said I d have to be ready by 3 30 am I wasn t sure about it However I m so glad we went My husband and I had such an amazing time The team was wonderful they knew all there was to know about hot ballooning I would recommend this to anyone that loves a new adventure

It was amazing! I bought tickets online and received all the instructions. We flew up to 12 000 feet with Daniel. He answered any questions we had and also pointed out areas of interest. We are so grateful for his help. We enjoyed our champagne toast.

Our French pilot was wonderful and we loved it. It was a beautiful ride with peace and beauty. They were obviously experts in flying, but made the experience seem easy. We cannot wait to fly again.

It was our first time in a hot-air balloon. The team made this a memorable experience. We'll never forget the experience. Jeff and his team are the best in VG. We recommend having a jacket or sweater for the morning. Because the ground around the lading/lording areas is very dusty, dress appropriately.

This was our first balloon ride. We booked the tickets from TripAdvisor in advance. They pick us up at the hotel around 3:27 AM. We arrived at the balloon office around 4:30 AM. Amazing experience. Highly recommended. Daniel and his team were very informative, entertaining, and chilled. Floated approximately 2600ft before falling to about 1400. It was like floating on a cloud in relaxed surroundings. The balloon flight ended with champagne toasts and an overview of the history and future of balloon aviation.
