I flew in my hot air balloon for the first time and the experience was incredible. The crew was friendly and the views were breathtaking. Champagne was served at the end.

Poor customer service in cancellations. We had our first cancelation cancelled due to the weather being in desert. We saw that the balloon would not inflate, so we believed it. We then woke up at 330 to go to 415. We checked the recording and it stated that it was cancelled again. We also called the number to confirm.
