Towbin Fiat will not honor the warranty on their EV batteries. To clear the code, they unplug the battery and give it back to you unfixed. My car was unplugged three times. I was very pleased with the service provided by this young lady. Although I agree that the men need to speak up and say hi to customers more often, she was a great help.

They are the worst service center I have ever used. I was given a time frame for oil changes and filters, but they took me 2 hours and 20 mins. I booked an appointment to do other repairs which could take up to a week. I confirmed and arrived on-time. I was informed that the shop didn't have a loaner car and they don't own one.

Towbin Alfa Romeo was my first car purchase. I was very confused and looked at many different cars. Steven Sojo and Vanessa Rau helped me to understand and answered all my questions. It was an amazing experience, especially since I am so unfamiliar with everything.

I purchased my Alfa Romeo from Towbin. It was a great car, and the service has been excellent.

Fiat 500L 6 Speed Turbo is the one I can trust. Tobin Henderson is the closest Fiat dealer in Clark County. Octavia was kind enough to make my appointment. She also gave me the directions. I received everything I needed, from oil changes to tires and brakes to software upgrades.

We ran into an issue today with our warranty on my wife's Fiat Derick. The parts counter tried to help us, but the terms of the warranty meant that they would not be able to save her $300. JC, the Service Department took great care of me. Check-in and checkout were simple and all was completed faster than I anticipated.

The dealer was unlike anyone else I have ever been to. There is no attitude, pressure or pressure to talk to a friend from the beginning. They had a good selection of Alfa and Fiat, even though they bought a Benz. It was a toss-up between Mercedes and Alfa. Benz came out on top.

You will find a small dealer that offers excellent service. I was able to get a part back within 20 minutes.
