Towbin Fiat will not honor the warranty on their EV batteries. To clear the code, they unplug the battery and give it back to you unfixed. My car was unplugged three times. My car was returned to me by the dealer I bought it. They then purchased it back. My dealership couldn't get Fiat warranty to honor my car. I cannot imagine how it would be for ... see more

I was very pleased with the service provided by this young lady. Although I agree that the men need to speak up and say hi to customers more often, she was a great help.

They are the worst service center I have ever used. I was given a time frame for oil changes and filters, but they took me 2 hours and 20 mins. I booked an appointment to do other repairs which could take up to a week. I confirmed and arrived on-time. I was informed that the shop didn't have a loaner car and they don't own one.

Towbin Alfa Romeo was my first car purchase. I was very confused and looked at many different cars. Steven Sojo and Vanessa Rau helped me to understand and answered all my questions. It was an amazing experience, especially since I am so unfamiliar with everything.

Fiat 500L 6 Speed Turbo is the one I can trust. Tobin Henderson is the closest Fiat dealer in Clark County. Octavia was kind enough to make my appointment. She also gave me the directions. I received everything I needed, from oil changes to tires and brakes to software upgrades.

We ran into an issue today with our warranty on my wife's Fiat Derick. The parts counter tried to help us, but the terms of the warranty meant that they would not be able to save her $300. Shawn and Cheyenne were great teammates. They saved Cheyenne about 300 and also made sure to tell Cheyenne about the fact that she had purchased three cars from ... see more
