The Club at Last Vegas McCarran airport Terminal 1, Concourse D, is a pay-in lounge open to all passengers regardless of airline, class, or service for a $35 fee and members of lounge access programs such as priority pass.
It is a member of The Club Airport Lounges, a small but growing network of airport lounges with several US locations, including a second location at McCarran Airport in Terminal 3, Concourse E.
The club is located near gate D16, effective immediately to the left of the escalators that lead to Concourse D from the lower level and tram station, at the top of the rotunda.

Children under 2 years old are permitted to use the lounge free of charge. All children aged 2 and over are allowed to use the lounge, but they must purchase a guest pass. What time can I enter the lounge? The lounge can be accessed no earlier than three hours before your departure time for boarding passes.
When making your booking, please ensure you choose the right flight time. This will calculate your entry time of 3 hours prior to your boarding passes departure time. You will not be allowed in if you arrive earlier than three hours before your flight. You may be allowed to stay for longer if your flight is delayed but you're already inside the club.
What if I need to leave and return? You may leave and return the lounge during your stay, but this will be subject to the availability of the space upon your return. You must inform our concierge that you will be leaving the lounge and intend to return. Also, you should always have your bags with you. You may need to wait in line again upon your return.
Accepting groups? Yes, we accept groups to all lounges. However, it is important that you understand the guidelines for group bookings. If you travel as a whole group, and wish to share a lounge with them, you must book in a group. We accept reservations on the website only for 6 persons.
For larger bookings, contact us by clicking here. Self-assembled groups are not allowed to be seated together. We ask large groups to be respectful of others and keep the noise level low in order to ensure that everyone has a great experience. Do you have a dress code? We know that our customers love to travel comfortably and our lounges reflect this.
Our guests should dress in appropriate attire. No offensive or naked clothing is allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the lounge. RESERVING A CLUBPASS: Can my Club Pass be used in more than one lounge? The booking can only be used at the specified lounge, date and time.
A new Club Pass is required to visit other lounges. You will be sent an email confirmation of the purchase. What email confirmation will I get regarding my Club Pass? This will include details about your Lounge booking and a QR code that you can present to the concierge upon arrival. This email should be available on your smartphone or printed.
What do I need to know? Find the airport and terminal where you will be departing. You should verify which airport you're flying to and which terminal. You cannot use any lounge located in another terminal than the one from which you are flying. Our team is happy to assist you if you have any questions about which lounge you should book.

As long as you have your confirmation email and the details for your lounge entrance, only one lounge visit can be booked at a given time. How do I deal with a lounge closing during a booking? Sometimes, due to uncontrollable circumstances, the lounge may need to be temporarily closed. You can change your flight times up to 24 hours in advance if your lounge is closed. We will refund your booking if you don't have any upcoming travel plans. Can I book more than 6 people on the same booking? Yes, except where allowed for infants. My expired day pass cannot be used. I have a delayed flight. If your flight is delayed due to any reason, you can stay at the lounge with your party until the flight departs. A Club pass can be purchased for another person. As long as they are listed as Lead Passenger Details, the Club pass may be used by them. Can I print the confirmation? What happens if I forgot to take the printed confirmation with QR code and confirmation? You may present the QR code via your smartphone, tablet or print.
Make sure you choose an option. How do I contact you if there is a problem booking? Can I take my Club Pass with me? Yes, guests are allowed, subject to availability. However, each guest must purchase their own Club pass from concierge. Additional passes can be bought for 50 each per person, per visit.
Infants younger than 2 years old are free admission. Can I buy a Club card online? Or can you purchase one in person at The Club Lounge. Can I buy a club pass 24 hours before my flight? The lounge concierge can purchase entry only after this period. These are subject to availability.
Can I specify when the Club Pass will be used? Yes. You must add this information during the booking process. Otherwise, you won't be able to proceed with checkout. This date is the valid day for your Club pass.
You can also access the lounge up to three hours before you fly. We automatically determine the maximum time that you may enter when you book online. Subject to seating availability, you may exit the lounge but return within your stay. You must let the concierge know that you intend to return.
Also, you need to ensure your bags are always with you. How do I use a Club Pass for one club but not another? Your Club Pass is valid only for that Club. You cannot use it at other Clubs. Your account allows you to change the time and date of your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your flight.
A new Club Pass must be purchased for each new destination. If you have the voucher code, but cannot find it in my email, please resend it. If I'm running late, can I receive a refund? We reserve space so that you are able to use it. This means other guests may have to be turned away.
Bookings cannot be canceled. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Do the lounge offer refreshments? All guests can enjoy complimentary refreshments that include juices, light snacks and soft drinks. Individuals can also pick up food at one of the nearby dining venues and take it into the lounge. You can't take any food or drink from the lounge.
You cannot take items with you to the airport. Is everything on the lounge menu available? Ask a staff member at the lounge for confirmation of the available selection on the day you visit. Are there any restrictions on food? No. Food and drinks are free for your entire stay, unless stated otherwise.

You can book a time slot for 30 minutes at the Club Aspire Heathrow Terminal 5, lounge. They are available for booking at a GBP 20 per person and subject to availability.
Are your lounges equipped with flight information screens? Yes. However, we don't make any flight announcements. Please make sure to check the flight information screens as they are your responsibility. All Club Club Aspire lounges can be accessed by wheelchair.
What should I do if I have lost my item? All items left in Club Club Aspire lounges will be kept safe for 72 hours. The Airport's Lost Property Department will take the property if the guests have not contacted them within 72 hours. For assistance, please contact the airport's lost and found department.
