If you are able to get a deal, it is a great value. Register to receive a variety of great deals from the insiders program when you book directly. It was difficult to choose between excaliber or here, but I am glad that I decided here. The resort's rooms and interior were beautiful and clean.

We found multiple cockroaches inside our Sahara room. Jennifer, the manager of the hotel, laughed and told us that there wasn't much she could do except spray the entire room. To make matters worse, 2 out of 6 elevators didn't work so it took 30 minutes to get down 15 flights of stairs. For future business, avoid the Sahara. The old area was our choice. We were disappointed that the Blanca tower, elevator and other facilities were not working the first night. There is also no room service.
