The worst customer service staff are rude. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and asked if anyone could help me. A lady responded that there was no one to help you, but they have a way. Her tone was terrible. I will never go back.

Shake Shack is a favorite of mine. This particular location was very beautiful and had the most kindest staff. Britney, our cashier was amazing. Although there are kiosks that you can order from but it takes too much time to get to know the people.

Love this place I don t go as often since no drive thru and not the easiest to park and go The food is always great though fresh and tasty A little higher priced than some other burger places and less star for convenience and price If you are looking to sit down and eat though cute little spot

I like to order Shake Shack when I want a burger and fries The food is cheap and pretty good It can get really busy sometimes so I usually place an order online for pickup There were a few times where they took a long time to give my order and they didn t have specific special drinks they sell I guess that s how popular they are

This place was something I really wanted to see. Maybe I had thought too long about it before actually going. Although the burger was good, it didn't live up to its expectations. It was small, overpriced and similar to many trendy burger...chains. A traditional diner does a better job.

This shake shack is not going to be supported again. My family was told that they could only take orders outside, and we were also forbidden from sitting indoors. We were more than 6 feet away from the worker who took our orders. The Nevada mandate allows for only one mask to use when social distancing cannot occur. The burger was tasty, but it was too small for my liking. My daughter got cookies and cream shakes. It was only 5 people. I tried it once and liked it.

Although it was my first visit to Shake Shack, I was not disappointed. The staff brought sanitary wipes and wiped down the tables to ensure that everything was clean.

It's so easy and fast to order via the app. You receive a text notification when your food has been prepared and you can then walk up to the online ordering line to pick it up.

We went to REI for a few items and found the toilet was not working. They told us to go to the Shake Shack across the street. The burgers and shakes were great and it was always a fun time at Shake Shack.

This was my first visit to Shake Shack. I had a burger, Crinkle Fries, and Vanilla Shake. It was delicious! The bun was soft, and the burger was fantastic. They were all attentive, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We wish we could have one here in West Virginia.
