Shake Shack is a modern-day “roadside” burger stand known for its delicious burgers, chicken, flat-top hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, crinkle-cut fries, craft beer and wine, and way more.

They ensure that ALL meat is antibiotic- and hormone-free, and burgers are made with 100% Angus beef, veggie-fed, and source verified. The chicken is white meat that’s never frozen. Fries are served golden potatoes with no trans fats, and our vanilla and chocolate frozen custards only use natural sugar (no high-fructose corn syrup).

Can you cater? We don't offer an official catering service, however, if we receive a bit more information about your event via email, we will connect you to a local Shack and see what they can do. You can hire our Shack Truck if you live in New York, NJ or Connecticut. Do you allow gift cards to be shipped internationally? We are unable to ship gift cards outside the United States. Gift cards are only accepted at U.

S. Shacks. Shake Shacks in airports or stadiums cannot be used. Accepting credit cards Yes, we accept all major credit cards in all our locations.

How can I get the Shack App online? Double-check your location services to ensure your app loads locations. This excludes stadiums and airports. The app allows you to order almost everything, depending on where you are located. You can find classic Shack items as well as limited-time menu items like lemonades or chicken sandwiches.

What can I do to find out if an item is allergenic? Visit our Allergen Information Page for more information. We don't use peanuts, or any products containing peanuts. Some items may be prepared in areas where peanuts or tree nuts might be present. However, all efforts are made to avoid cross-contamination.

What happens if I cancel my Shack App Order? Shack App orders cannot be modified once they are placed. However, you can cancel them up to 30 mins before the pick-up time. What order quantity is allowed? This depends on where you are located. Each Shack has its own limit on how many guests they can take care of so that they can provide great service.

I can't use the app. What can I do? We are here to assist you. Send us a screen shot and an email at emailprotected. It doesn't appear that the location I need is available on either the website or app.

If they are experiencing high orders, it is possible for your Shack to temporarily disable mobile ordering. Every location has its own orders limits to ensure that they provide great service. Contact us for more information. I was unable to place an order through the app and am now seeing multiple charges.

How do I correct this? Incorrect pending charges will usually disappear from your statements within a few days. However, if there are still two charges associated with one order, please contact our team using our Contact Form. We are happy to resolve it. An order was placed on my account by someone other than me.

What can I do to get the charges reversed? We are very concerned about your security and want you to know that. Send us an email to email protected, with all details of your order, including the address you used for your account. Our team will then follow-up. The wrong store received my app order.

How can I correct the store? You cannot redeem the promo code in person. We are happy to accept gift cards or eGifts for orders in person, except at Shake Shacks in airports and stadiums. A Shake Shack gift certificate is available to me. It can be used to redeem the gift card on the Shack App.

However, we are happy to accept gift cards or eGifts for in-person orders. Can I cancel my order? Orders for ASAP pickup cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted. You can cancel any other order, online or app up to 30 mins before the pick-up time. How can I apply it? What can I do? While we can't retroactively add a promotional code to an order, we can make it work on the next one.

How do I delete my Shack App Account? We are sorry to hear that you have to go. Please contact us via our Contact Form with your email address so we can help. Yes, you can place an order on our website. You can do this either from your mobile or desktop computer.

Sorry, no phone orders. Delivery questions Does Shake Shack Deliver? Yes, we do. You can order delivery through our app or on our website. You will also be able to get it delivered at 99 on most Shacks.

You can order delivery of most of the classic menu, as well as any limited-time items. Delivery fees are not charged for orders made through our Shack App and website. We will waive delivery fees for orders over 35. How come Shake Shack is not showing up on my delivery site? It appears that your delivery area does not include Shake Shack.

We limit the distance we will deliver in order to make sure we only serve fresh, delicious food. My delivery has been delayed. What do I do? We are happy to help you in any way we can. P.

Our Shroom Burger, which is made with crispy-fried portobello mushrooms stuffed with cheddar cheese and gruyere, comes with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce. A new Veggie Shack is being tested in select areas across the country.

It can also be made vegan if you have a food allergy. You can eat at the Shack. We have all your needs covered. Please refer to our Allergy Information PDF before ordering or visiting.

Is there a Shake Shack that offers gluten-free meals? Ask the Shack staff for help. Before you place an order, please refer to our Allergen Information PDF. These are some suggestions to help anyone who has a gluten allergy. Any hamburger can be ordered with lettuce wraps and many of our US Shacks have gluten-free buns.

A lettuce wrap can be added to flat-top dogs. Shroom Burgers contain breadcrumbs so you should avoid them. Our fries are not recommended. Our fryers use the same equipment that we use to filter our Shroom Burgers oils.

The cone should not be used for frozen custard. Before ordering, double-check with the cashier the Seasonal Shakes ingredients. You can add the following ingredients: strawberry purée, caramel, chocolate toffee and marshmallow. Skip the beer.

However, any soft drink, or glass of wine, is acceptable. Unfortunately, some of our hot foods contain soy. You should avoid eating our ShackSauce, Shroom Burger, fries and cheese due to your allergy. The good news is that most of our custards and shakes are safe for you to consume.

Pricing depends on how many people are attending, what menu items they serve, where and when it is being served, as well as other factors. Our staff will respond within 2 to 3 business days depending on how many inquiries we receive. What time do I need to submit a booking enquiry for a food truck? We suggest that you contact us at least 3 weeks before your event to ensure availability.
