Their service is very disappointing. They fly way too low to disturb our houses, scattering herds and scaring them. This causes stress and makes my whole family nervous.

I had an amazing time flying in helicopter from London to see this area. We were picked up in a luxury minibus and given a seat in a comfortable chair with drinks. After enjoying the Canyons, we got a menu and drink prepared. Our pilot was funny and always told us jokes.

Amazing experience. From the moment you were picked up at the hotel, you felt welcome. We could then relax with drinks in our vans until we reached the airport. The views from the canyon floor are simply breathtaking. Words cannot describe how it feels to be there amongst only a few people.

We are so glad that we took this trip Mike, our pilot, was amazing. Although pre-flight jitters may have been real, Serenity was able to settle us in. The Grand Canyon flight was seamless and informative.
