Our anniversary celebration in Las Vegas was marked by Sage. We set out to visit the restaurant and were greeted by a friendly waiter. He suggested some signature dishes and a bottle. Excellent meal. The soup was creamy smooth. The roast duck was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the table.

The oysters make a great appetizer for lamb. I also enjoyed the duck breast, which was well-seasoned but lacking a compliment Cucumber cocktails are amazing. Overall, the food was excellent but the Mediterranean menu doesn t really suit me. I like the Cosmo options.

I tried the tasting menu. It was quite good. The presentation was great, and the food was delicious.

The vegan tasting menu is amazing. It's probably better than the Omnivore Menu, which I have had twice in the past few years.

Amazing chef. Pasta and wine were amazing. The service was professional. I would gladly return.
