Excellent food. Amazing Service

This place is a favorite. They have great ribs and turkey. They also have a cool fish tank barbecue smoker !

This spot is a favorite. Every time I'm in the area, I always stop by rollin smokes barbecue. The service was excellent. The BBQ has delicious pulled pork and brisket as well as hot links and ribs and chicken. I also love the baked beans here and loaded mashed potatoes. All sides are delicious, including the fried okra and the large platters.

So good had to go back to back! My friend saw this restaurant on tv, had a bloody mary with a rib & slider on it, also had the burnt ends. I m almost sure I died and went to bbq heaven! Get here early or wait in line. On the plus side free smells while you wait )

Good family style restaurant. The meat was spiced and cooked well. Fries and pickles were good quality. There were ample sauces to cover your meat to taste. Soft drinks were bottomless. Wow excellent bbq! Had the trio with burnt ends, hot link and brisket with the regular sauce, all meats super tasty, burnt ends lights out fabulous, hot link tender moist and just the right amount of spicy, brisket tender and smoky!!

Stopped here for lunch on the Hog Car Tour. So glad we did! Had a delicious combo platter of various specialties. Home cooked Barbeque like nowhere else in Vegas. Yum.

Rollin Smoke BBQ although a bit off the beaten track for tourists it should be put on the tourist map. The choice of house sauces are something else, there must have been 30 plus, from mild to nuclear, tried three and all just superb. To start... make sure you read a menu before you go and think about what you want. It s counter service style. Wait in a line, order at the desk, go sit down and they will bring you your food. We have REALLY good BBQ near...where we live in PA and WV, both within an hour of our house.... so although this was ok... it was not even close to the BBQ ... see more

We had an excellent BBQ lunch and our biggest problem was choosing among their many options and having enough stomach capacity to finish it all. Don t come here if you re expecting a fancy restaurant with white tablecloths. But do come here if you want great...BBQ in a casual environment.

It was horrible. I was from Jersey and spent almost $100. The beef ribs were very bland and the chicken wasn't cooked to my liking. Rhey also used BBQ sauce to cover the blood in the chicken wings. I'm giving this 1 star as it is how I feel about this restaurant.

Fantastic BBQ! My husband and me ordered the 2 and 3 meat dishes. We tried the cut and chopped brisket, chicken, and burnt ends.

You re most likely looking for the quality of the food. My wife and I went on a honeymoon to Vegas. We ordered an outlaw burger, and Rollin Smoke BBQ was our choice. The place was so good that we were blown away by how good it was. I also ordered sweet cornbread fries and sweet onion strings.

It is an amazing place. The food was delicious. The beef rib was huge and the catfish was excellent. Katrina was so kind and helpful.
