About Portnoy Gallery LLC

His illustration work employs a realism that seems impossible to capture using only felt-tip markers-and yet his works are breathtakingly grounded and real. John Gearan of the Worcester Telegram & Gazette wrote, "Nobody seems to be able to do what he does with those things."

As a caricature artist, Neal's works of individuals at corporate events, trade shows, golf outings, weddings, anniversaries, and more are just the final result of an amazing process that leaves the subject not only with a tangible caricature but with a humorous memory of being engaged by an enjoyable entertainer.

A Sports Art, Caricature Art & Caricature Entertainment Art Studio, featuring the works of nationally recognized artist Neal Portnoy.

Neal Portnoy is a philanthropist and was commissioned to make a portrait of Mike Krzyzewski, longtime Duke University basketball coach. The proceeds from the sale of the print will go towards a new wing at the Duke Children s Hospital. Flutie Through The Years is Neal's illustration of Doug Flutie as a professional football player. It was made for a series that raised money for the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism.

Additionally, he is active in St. Judes Ranch for Children, Las Vegas, as well as The Jimmy Fund (the fundraising arm of Dana-Farber Cancer Research Institute, Boston, MA). Speaking of sports: Neal has illustrated over 700 media guides covers for NCAA schools like Michigan State University and University of Virginia. He has also created commemoratives limited to 500 copies for Colgate University, Yale University and Holy Cross College.

Neal, a former player in baseball and college pitching coach, uses his passion for sports and artistic talent to make his subjects come to life. The illustration is able to convey the personality and appeal of the subject. This has given him the honor of being The Norman Rockwell Of Sports Artists. The corporate world is enriched by the Neal Portnoy caricature show, which adds humor to trade shows and corporate events.

Companies such as Citizens Bank, Norton Saint Gobain and Iron Mountain Incorporated and Allmerica Financial bring Neal to entertain and provide sketch caricature art. Neal can do everything: caricatures, portraits and sports art. You have to see his work in person. Neal will draw crowds for your booth.

Visiting Neal's studio is a great experience. I brought my family when they visited Las Vegas. We all took our picture for a family portrait. Everyone loved their image in the portrait.

Great place to view creative drawings of sports, entertainment and newsmaker memories. Got to meet and "kibbitz" with the artist and hear his stories.

Great artist 🎨 get his charactures before he gets so well known, you can't afford them.
