Jeff and Rhonda Wyatt purchased Marché Bacchus in October of 2007 after spending the past eight years as loyal customers and friends of the previous owners, Gregoire & Agathe Verge, a couple from Burgundy, France.
It is awarded Best Vegas Outdoor Restaurant, Best French 2010 & 2011, & Top 50 of Vegas. Marché Bacchus serves contemporary French cuisine featuring a large variety of seafood and meats in a comfortable and casual environment. You can select from romantic lakeside patio seating along a serene lake or a beautiful dining room with windows overlooking the lake.
Their cuisine is the creation of Master Celebrity Iron Chef Alex Stratta and Executive Chef Dave Middleton, a disciple of Stratta and Chef Scott Conant. The wine list is among the best in Las Vegas, with over 950 labels to select from.
