It was amazing when I first visited Las Ventanas, but it has been a decline in quality over the past few years due to budget cuts

It is possible to rest assured that you loved one is well looked after.

Las Ventanas was a great decision. We came to it when our health was good and have been able to continue living independently. In the last 2 years, we've had to change our lives and require additional assistance. The staff at Las Ventanas is efficient and helpful. But most important they care about residents.

Update October 2022 Mom is now living in Las Ventanas Assisted living. I am as happy now as ever with the service. Her care team has moved her up from a skilled nursing facility to assisted living. She has lost her social skills and is unable to remember the rules. I don't know why but I have to say that she loves it.

This review is about Las Ventanas Skilled nursing on Indigo. I felt my mother was treated very poorly by the staff. The CNA S stood back to watch and clean the facility. I wouldn't recommend it to any parent with an ailing parent.

More expensive

The best customer service is only possible if every receptionist desk can provide this level of service. Las Ventanas was super friendly, and I stopped by on Thursday to ask for information. I ended up in residential living because I needed a health center.

Las Ventanas admitted my mother to rehab. She received only 30 minutes of physical therapy per day from Monday to Friday. Nothing on weekends. My mom was also left with dirty diapers and was unable to walk.

We were grateful that my mother felt comfortable there.

This facility was clean, friendly and well-trodden. We were impressed with the service and staff.

Teresa Mateo has been a great help to our family. She helped with everything for my grandmother, including her transportation from Lake Havasu in Nevada. We can t thank her enough. Vince Parker also assisted.

It is where our mom lives at the moment. We have been very pleased with everything here so far.
