It is not about the cancellation of the cruise, but the communication. I booked the 12p cruise and was informed by an email that it had been cancelled. I then called customer service again to verify that the tour would continue. I drove down the lake to meet the Res agent. It was a pleasant experience. The board process was not a hassle as other dinner cruises. The food was delicious. The sights along the journey to Hoover Dam were breathtaking. Great service and an excellent environment.

They cancelled my cruise and didn't let me know. 45 minutes later, and still no refund. These folks are criminals who don't know what it takes to manage a business.

This was one of the most educational experience of Lake Mead and Hoover Dam The paddle boat was smooth and the weather was perfect The staff was exceptional with customer service this was absolutely beautiful scenery we learned a lot on Wed May 18 2022
