While in town, we stopped by for dinner. Excellent service. The menu was good and the prices were typical of strip hotels. Kumi Japanese Restaurant in Mandalay Bay offers great Japanese food. The spacious, comfortable environment and delicious sushi are a highlight. The staff is always willing to offer suggestions and make sure that the dining experience is memorable.

Excellent food, great drink and great service. I enjoyed the ambience and the music. There were many options for seafood lovers. The chicken fried rice was delicious.

The signature menu of Chef isn't worth it. Portions are small, and the prices are high. Salmon tastes bland. Kumi was the perfect host for our eleventh anniversary.

It was amazing! I spent a lot and went to the chef's selection dinner. It was expensive but delicious. Fresh sushi, tender steak, and perfect brussel sprouts! The service was friendly, the staff were helpful and I enjoyed sitting at the counter. The wine selections were excellent and reasonable priced. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Kumi is just one of the many restaurants at Mandalay Bay Resort. It was a tempting menu, so I sat down at the Sushi Bar. Excellent food and a wide selection of sake made it a great choice. The price varies depending on the food and how much, and it can get louder as there is more people. It was a good experience and I would go back.

The mandalay bay Hotel was our place. We went to the sushi restaurant and had a great time. There are many options when it comes to food and beverages.

It was a satisfying and delicious meal of sushi with fresh fish. The staff was attentive, but not as attentive as they could have been. Overall it was a great experience that I'd recommend.
