I love this shop The staff is quite friendly and are happy to help you with any questions you have There was a particular bag I really wanted to check out in a certain colorway but I didn t know it was online only They were able to order the bag I wanted for me AND give me the in store sales price I was able to save a lot of money than... see more

Terrible customer service Workers here do not care wouldnt offer help but stare you down as if you were to steal Very uncomfortable looking around Bought the purse left the store as quick as i could cashier was also rude hoping kate spade looks into hiring people who will care to at least keep the brand good Not hire rude workers

Should be zero stars Customer service is awful The manager of this place doesn t care about making money for the store at all Willing to spend money and they are just flat out rude and nasty I ll take my money elsewhere Also showing that much skin at work should be considered inappropriate Don t waste your time at this location

The customer service here is horrible The floor associates spent more time talking to each other than assisting customers The only time a customer rep spoke to me was when it was to bark at me to not open some doors under the purse display only for someone else to do exactly what I did a few moments later and no one say anything They didn t ... see more

No line Barely anyone in the store and we were stopped at the entrance Why Right now we re only taking reservations you could come back at 2pm WHAT At least let us wait in the line Super disappointed I am a former employee at Kate Spade And that s not how you treat your clients paying customers
