Poor organization, low quality ingredients and sloppy techniques are all signs of poor quality. The lack of quality and care in the food is not reduced by adding quantity. For the kitchen: Don't stare at people who are eating at the bar, but try to make it seem like you are actually making fresh food.

It was the most delicious sushi we have ever tried. We had the sake pairings with the omakase. The dining experience felt too fast, which made it less enjoyable.

Great sushi

Kabuto Las Vegas is the place to go if your craving for sushi is serious. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The rolls, on the other hand, are amazing. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive and will make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience.

Kabuto was a great place to eat. In true Japanese tradition, everything was both a delight for the eyes and the palate. Amazingly fresh, delicate seafood. It was the best Japanese meal I've ever had, even better than many western ones.

While on honeymoon with my husband, he made reservations at Kabuto for me. We had the best sushi ever. They made it for us right before our eyes. If you like sushi, this restaurant is for you! The staff were very thoughtful, and even made us a personal dessert!

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Vegas. It's very small so book ahead. You cannot walk in to the sushi bar as it is all reserved. The sushi was delicious. It was fresh and on a nice menu. The prices are very reasonable.
