Herringbone is a unique social-dining concept from the imagination of celebrated Chef Brian Malarkey who comes to an authentic Southern California Coastal dining and lounging, anchored in the spirit of modern Las Vegas, located in ARIA.

Herringbone honors the roots of its sister locations in La Jolla, Santa Monica, Los Cabos, and Waikiki, including a carefully curated wine list, a collection of craft beers, and a variety of signature cocktails. Satisfy every kind of craving (especially the champagne kind). Champagne packages are either Prosecco, Veuve Clicquot, or Moet and Chandon. Also available to order are Bellinis, mimosas, or Bloody Marys, plus specialty cocktails like an Aperol Spritz or a bucket of Bud Lights. 

 Enjoy a weekend brunch on the patio with breathtaking views of ARIA and the surrounding strip, or enjoy a romantic dinner indoors. Serving naturally sourced seafood, meats, and vegetables.

The Flagship at the Coastal Community of La Jolla is Herringbone. It offers sustainable seafood as well as craft beer cocktails in elegant quarters that have a patio. Herringbone's modern design exudes a nautical spirit and creates an atmosphere that is easy to live in. Its coastal charm comes from 100-year old olive trees and fish net draping. The cuisine is market driven and features curated wines that allow guests to enjoy a memorable culinary and social dining experience.

The restaurant is open for dinner, happy hour, cocktail hour, delivery, pick-up, and pickup. Enjoy a nightcap and STAY A WEEKEND! Cocktail Hour is held every Friday night at 9-10pm. Enjoy a variety of cocktails, and more. It is first-come, first-served.
