The front desk made a mistake with the reservation. They were very rude and it took a while to fix the issue.

The hotel is located near many restaurants and the Linq. There was a bar and a bedroom in the room.

The exact location is right on the strip. They offer decent service when the rooms aren't packed. You must stay in the suites when traveling.

View from Room Mountain was excellent, but there was no view. The room smelled strongly of casino smoke.

It was right next to the Strip, clean and well-located. However, a few hours prior to checkout there wasn't hot water. I called 5 times to get someone to fix it.

There was no one I've ever seen more attentive to cleaning hotel common areas.

We were not impressed with the check-in process. The staff refused to help us and instead made us use the kiosk for check in. The total displayed on the kiosk is not updated once we enter our information. The amount goes directly to the credit card payment. The balance was unknown. The beds are very comfortable. The ATMs didn't always work.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. One of the older hotels along the Strip. The casino ceilings are very low, so it is difficult to get good air circulation. It can also get smokey. The rooms are good, but the walls are thin.

Although I liked the location of Harrah s, the hotel was not up to my standards. The bathroom was dirty and sticky.

It was a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone visiting.
