Frontier was the most professional airline I've ever flown. Yes, I was delayed coming back home. But they made it all work. They kept us at the same gate we were going to be leaving from and it was very pleasant. I told everybody about the flight and the great service I received.

It was horrible that there were so many delays. I had to pay 25 bucks to check in.

3) The worst of all the worst

The customer service at the airline was unprofessional the last time that I used it. The employees don't know how to treat customers and want to make you pay for it! They will charge you for checking in, even if your bag is small.

Nice trip to vegas

Don t know if I ll ever fly Frontier again. The fare would have to be almost free. You have to pay extra for everything. No free cart service. Employees at the front desk never said anything to me regarding my carry on bag. They wait until I m about to walk on the plane to tell me I need to pay for my bag. You don't want to be uncomfortable while traveling and you do not have the space to move around. This airline is for you.

The Worst Airline In the Game What requirements do you need to be a part of this cardboard airline? A pulse and social security number. You cannot wait to hear that you are going out-of-business. Airports to airports breed discontent and ineptitude. Your airline definitely won the maximise profits game. Kudos to that.

Flying light is best if you are looking for low fares. If your destination is within 3 hours of your home, FLY FRONTIER. I flew SLC to LAS VEGAS. Yes your wallet might be expensive so I checked it out after I exited the plane. Thankfully they found it and gave it back to me with everything in it.

Slowest ticket queue ever. We tried to apply pre-check to our boarding passes. The lady helping us behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. Unorganized lines, employees trying to direct passengers will charge you nickels and dimes for every service they provide

It is usually a pleasant experience. Our flight from Atlanta to Atlanta wasn't off to the best start. While some are very helpful, they offer poor service.

It is very bad. I won't go back. The staff were unprofessional.

To call it terrible is an understatement. Charge for carryon. Charge for checked bags. We get on our flight, but there's an hour delay. Can you please make sure that you update your system before we wait? No beverages.

They cancelled our round-trip flight and gave us no notice. We had to scramble to get another flight, paying almost twice the cost. We were then sent an email with instructions to get our refund. The worst airline I have ever used. They delayed my flight to Las Vegas by 2 hours. They made us wait 45 minutes, then forced us to get off the plane to start the process over again. It was far too long and unconform.

Fight delayed more than one hour. I received the flight delay notice text after the fact. The plane did not take off until at least 30 minutes later. SEE THE PHOTOS BELOW. They sent the e-mail and text after 12-15 AM, which was the departure time.
