History

Established in 2009.

The unique culinary dynamic and the soul of Forte stems from rich travel experiences and immersing ourselves in the cuisine of Europe. Through these experiences, we are able to find our passion for food. Taking inspiration from the rich cuisine of our home country of Bulgaria, haute cuisine and most importantly family traditions and zest for life all have contributed to Forte's unique culinary dynamic. 

Forte was inspired by a love for connecting with people through food, drink, and hospitality and the insatiable desire to create something that has never been done before. The walls are saturated with the vibrancy of those we love, and the meals we have shared. Every day our fine team strives to bring the essence of European home cooking to our guests by staying true to traditions, with respect to modern times and a vision of the future. Forte is a local foodie favorite located in the heart of Las Vegas, focusing on European comfort food and tapas and providing a well-curated experience.  It is a casual, cozy eatery with Spanish small plates, Eastern European comfort food & flavor-infused vodka.

Forte's unique culinary spirit is a result of rich travel experiences, as well as our immersion in European cuisine. These experiences have allowed us to discover our love for food. Forte's distinctive culinary style is a result of Forte drawing inspiration from my homeland, the haute cuisine and my family s tradition and enthusiasm for life. Forte's inspiration came from a passion for food and drink and the desire to make something new.
