It's a bit underrated, but we went in January to paddle the river at 9am and didn't see anyone until the afternoon.

This cave is cool, but it's not worth the effort.

Beautiful and peaceful. We hired kayaks and made it just right. However, we were disappointed at the Emerald Cave. It is more like an indentation. The photos online are very misleading.

It fits 4 kayaks snugly

We started from Willow Beach, had an amazing day paddling on the Colorado River. We continued on to Emerald Cove where we will be camping.

It was stunningly beautiful to see the sparkling green water.

This place is amazing and only one hour from Las Vegas. The river surrounding it is also very beautiful and refreshing. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the Cove. There is no current at Willow Beach, but it gets very choppy once you get halfway to it.

It WAS COLD AND COOL AND I WAMI IN IT AT THE PERFECT TIME. 4 MILES UP THE RIDGE AND BACK, NOT BAD. THE TOUR GUIDE WAS AMAZING. If you're a beginner or advanced swimmer do 12 of them and then go to the HOVER DAM.
